Jeremy Corbyn at Glastonbury seems to be a thing of the past as the festival cancelled a screening of a Jeremy Corbyn ‘conspiracy theory’ film.
The film Oh, Jeremy Corbyn… The Big Lie was set to be screened at the festival on Sunday. It features contributions from writer Jackie Walker and filmmaker Ken Loach and “explores a dark and murky story of political deceit and outrageous antisemitic smears”.
A Glastonbury Festival statement said it believed organisers booked the film in “good faith, in the hope of provoking political debate”.
“It’s become clear that it is not appropriate for us to screen it at the festival. Glastonbury is about unity and not division, and we stand against all forms of discrimination.”
Among those who contributed to the documentary were writer Jackie Walker and filmmaker Ken Loach.

So what did Jeremy Corbyn do instead?
He popped over to the council of Europe to make as barnstorming speech about refugees drowning at sea.
The former labour leader shared the video and wrote: “Refugees are drowning at sea — and governments across Europe have blood on their hands.”
