Den of Thieves 2: Pantera, is the upcoming sequel of the 2018 heist action film Den of Thieves and there has been a big update.
“Den of Thieves” offered a mix of action, suspense, and intricate storytelling, making it an engaging and thrilling crime thriller that keeps viewers invested in the characters and their fates until the very end. It grossed $80 million at the worldwide box-office.
They have now rounded off the cast members and it is time to get excited.
The sequel is written and directed by Christian Gudegast who took control of the first feature.

Now, the final touches have now been made to the cast line-up.
Gerard Butler and O’Shea Jackson Jr who will be returning, the sequel will bring international talents Salvatore Esposito, Orli Shuka, Evin Ahmad, Cristian Solimeno, Nazmiye Oral, Yasen Zates, Atour, Giuseppe Schillaci, Dino Kelly, Rico Verhoeven, Velibor Topic and Antonio Bustorff.
We can probably expect to see the new film sometime in early 2024.

Den of Thieves is a 2018 action thriller film directed by Christian Gudegast.
Here’s the plot:
The movie follows two groups of skilled criminals on opposite sides of the law. On one side, there is a highly successful and ruthless crew of bank robbers led by Merrimen (played by Pablo Schreiber). They meticulously plan and execute complex heists, leaving no traces behind and earning a fearsome reputation in Los Angeles.
On the other side, we have an elite unit of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, led by the tough and determined Detective Nick “Big Nick” O’Brien (played by Gerard Butler). Big Nick is known for his unorthodox methods and is determined to take down Merrimen’s crew at any cost.
The central plot revolves around Merrimen’s crew planning a seemingly impossible heist: robbing the Federal Reserve Bank in downtown Los Angeles. The bank holds billions of dollars, and the crew aims to execute the robbery during the limited time when the old currency is shredded and the new one is circulated, effectively erasing any record of their stolen money.

He and his team begin an intense and relentless investigation, trying to anticipate the crew’s moves and stop the heist before it can happen.
