Adam Sandler smashes Rotten Tomatoes record and it is quite astonishing, from an actor some might have written off.
The actor, who has a £199m deal with the streaming service Netflix, appears in You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah.
It is, as you expect, a comedy.

Adam Sandler Rotten Tomatoes
It has now pushed Hustle aside to become his best-reviewed film, according to aggregate film site Rotten Tomatoes, a site where journalists and the general audience rate films.
The film has a critics score of 95 per cent. For comparison, Hustle has 93 per cent.
However, for the general punters it isn’t quite the same buzz.
Hustle remains his most popular film as You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah currently sits at 67 per cent.
Still a great performance, but proves that critics and cinema-goers don’t always agree, and that is an understatement…
