Ballerina Director gives update on John Wick spinoff

Ballerina, the John Wick spin off, is highly anticipated, and the director has given an update for fans desperate for more information.

Now with John Wick: Chapter 4 seemingly wrapping up the saga where is it to go next?

How’s it going with Ballerina?

Entertainment Weekly reported filmmaker Len Wiseman said of Ballerina: “We’re on a pause right now, but I’ve just finished the director’s cut. Had an amazing shoot. It’s a really fun movie.”

Wiseman added that if audiences enjoyed star Ana de Armas in No Time to Die, then they’ll love watching her action scenes in Ballerina.

So that is a something to look forward to.

Ballerina should be in cinemas on June 7, 2024, but the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes may will affect this date, as it has with many other film and tv shows.

The films is to take place between the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum and Chapter 4, ballerina-assassin Rooney hunts the murderers of her family.
