A GB News presenter is furious about the various anti-Elon Musk adverts popping up in the UK.
There have also been guerrilla adverts mocking Elon Musk and encouraging X users to delete their accounts that have begun to pop up around London on Tubes and on bus stops.
It comes as sales of Tesla cars have fallen by up to 75 per cent across Europe Mr Musk has come under fire for his foray into politics, which has included cutting government services.
To try and save the slump, President Donald Trump bought a new Tesla on the White House drive on Tuesday, selecting a shiny red sedan to show his support for Elon Musk’s ‘baby’.
Trump said he’d write a cheque for $80,000 (£61,792) and leave it at the White House so his staff could drive it.
Was it ethical? No. Was it legal? Well, read the rule below.
The Office of Government Ethics section 2635.702 states that a federal employee ‘shall not use his public office for his own private gain, for the
endorsement of any product, service or enterprise, or for the private gain of friends, relatives, or persons with whom the employee is affiliated in a nongovernmental capacity.’

In response to the Musk adverts in the UK, GB News presenter Alex Armstrong wrote: “Who is funding this in the UK? Why is it even happening in the UK? Why are the left so consistently severely outraged by a man using his freedom of speech?”
You could ask, who pulls the strings of the shady groups at 55 Tufton Street? The people behind the insidious network of think-tanks and lobby groups that influence our politics are not public knowledge.
One wonders what his take on that would be?

Anyway, a lot of people were quick to take him to task for his Musk advert comment…

Bit of a wild take but ‘elf&safety’ is a GB News battleground.
One person wrote: “Who gives them the keys to open up the advertising boards, and why the f@ck do they have to wear high vis? Its’s almost like they’re being paid, and have to abide by health and safety at work guidelines.”
