Politics Hub: MP hands in resignation after being caught watching pornography

A MP has stepped down from their role after being spotted watching explicit material.

The Serbian MP has resigned after a clip of him watching porn during a parliamentary debate went viral.

The footage showed Zvonimir Stevic on his phone during a tense debate discussing ties with the Republic of Kosovo.

The 65-year-old is a veteran member of the Socialist Party, which is a junior member of Serbia’s ruling coalition.

Serbia and Kosovo have come under increased pressure to hammer out an agreement that would see the two sides normalise ties.

The Serbian Progressive Party slammed Stevic for “watching a porn movie” during the session.
