Carol Voderman has been at it again, she is a becoming a full-time activist by the looks of it!
This time she was pointing her finger at the Johnsons clan.
Money
It comes as Boris Johnson has been urged to stick to his job as an MP and save the speeches he charges private companies millions of pounds to hear for the House of Commons.
Having already made more than £3.7m in 2023, the former prime minister has faced criticism for the limited time he has spent making contributions in parliament, reports The Guardian.
Carol?
It is the potential of Boris Johnson giving his own dad, Stanley, a knighthood, which has angered her.
She tweeted: “Stanley Johnson (he of ‘fertility of immigrants’ quote) has 6 children, not 4 as in previous tweet He hit his wife Charlotte (Boris mother) often, once so badly he broke her nose. She was hospitalised Also accused of harrassing many women Knight someone like this? Great message.”
Tory MP Sarah Dines tweeted: “The work to stop domestic abuse is a priority for me and the Government. It was a great event.”
Carol was keen to pull Sarah up on her comments.
Carol wrote: “I assume you’ll be calling out the Stanley Johnson knighthood as an abuse of power then @Dines4Dales Sarah Dines MP. As we know he violently abused his wife Charlotte. Or are your words below just a pile of Tory virtue signalling? Which one is it? Hypocrisy or action?”
This letter in the Guardian might be something you agree with?
