What will David Gordon Green do after the Halloween franchise is over? The Exorcist is taking possession of him, and a reboot sequel trilogy is in the works!
For Universal, Blumhouse, and Morgan Creek, Gordon Green is helming a brand-new sequel that will set up a potential trilogy. The first movie in the trilogy will hit theatres on October 13, 2023, and production has almost wrapped up!
The first plot details we were provided with last year tease, “Odom Jr. will play the father of a possessed child. Desperate for help, he tracks down Ms. Burstyn’s character.”
We expect a trailer very soon.
