Joe Biden landed in his aircraft and was met by Rishi Sunak who he seemed to shake hands with then push past him. So has Sunka been given the cold shoulder a lot during Biden’s visit to Ireland?
Biden is on a four-day visit to Northern Ireland and the Republic to mark the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement – a peace deal which helped end 30 years of violent conflict in NI.
However, senior figures in the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP), who claimed he was “anti-British” and “hates the UK”.

Critics blasted the meeting for not lasting “long enough for biscuits to be served” – let alone to discuss US-UK relations,
It had also been dubbed as a bi-latte meeting.
The US President faced a volley of questions – including if he had a message for Northern Irish parties and why he was not discussing a trade deal while on his visit to the UK.
Biden declined to answer, instead commenting on the “heck of a view” from the Hotel.
Commentators have also questioned the lack of time Mr Sunak and his US counterpart were spending together on the four-day trip, with only the greeting on Tuesday night and the quick coffee.

Hates the UK?
Senior unionist figures in Northern Ireland have criticised Mr Biden, with MP Sammy Wilson claiming the president “has got a record of being pro-Republican, anti-Unionist, anti-British” while former first minister Baroness Foster has suggested he “hates the UK”.
