On Question Time Fiona Bruce decided to have a go at a Tory for once! This time over immigration.
Bruce demanded answers from Laura Trott.
She presenter repeatedly asked Trott, that of the work visas issues, who they would not like to come to the UK?
Trott ignores it a colossal seven times.

Here’s what the former Dragon’s Den entrepreneur had to say about Trott later.
But first this is a good point, as @implausibleblog points out, “Even with the sound off, @TheoPaphitis ‘s expressions are all you need to understand to utterly bonkers both the Conservative and Labour parties are over migration.”
The Dragon Theo then said: “I’ve never been disappointed when a politician comes on, gets asked a question, and the first thing they do rather than answer the question, is attack the opposition.”

Recession
Jeremy Hunt said he would back further interest rate rises by the Bank of England, even if they risk plunging the UK into recession, in order to combat soaring inflation.
The chancellor’s comments come after figures this week showed annual inflation in April was higher than expected at 8.7%, raising the prospect of a 13th interest rate rise by the Bank of England, reports The Guardian.
Jeremy Hunt told Sky News: “Yes, because in the end, inflation is a source of instability. And if we want to have prosperity, to grow the economy, to reduce the risk of recession, we have to support the Bank of England in the difficult decisions that they take.”
