I am Ultred, Son Of Ultred… ah how we all are awaiting to her that once again! Well, there good news!
The Last Kingdom’s final season has been streaming on Netflix for almost a year now, but the opportunity to visit Bebbanburg is quickly approaching.
Seven Kings Must Die, the much awaited sequel, will debut on the streaming service on April 14, it was announced this week.
The movie, which takes place after the TV show’s finale, will serve as the culmination of Uhtred son of Uhtred’s adventure.
Uhtred had recaptured Bebbanburg, his ancestral home, when we last saw him. But after the movie is over, will he still have it? Soon, we’ll learn more.
Very little information has been released by Netflix and the film’s producer, Carnival Pictures.
The Saxon Tales series by Bernard Cornwell was turned into two TV episodes per season, but by the time The Last Kingdom season 5 ended, there were still three volumes left.
Netflix probably won’t try to fit all three novels into a two-hour movie.
More as we get it.
