Super star actor Liam Hemsworth is replacing Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher season 4.
A ‘deep fake’ trailer shows how awesome he will look in the new role.
Cavill revealed that he would be stepping down from his role in the show and “passing the torch” onto Liam Hemsworth.
He wrote: “My journey as Geralt of Rivia has been filled with both monsters and adventures, and alas, I will be laying down my medallion and my swords for Season 4.
White Wolf
“In my stead, the fantastic Mr Liam Hemsworth will be taking up the mantle of the White Wolf. As with the greatest of literary characters, I pass the torch with reverence for the time spent embodying Geralt and enthusiasm to see Liam’s take on this most fascinating and nuanced of men.”
He concluded: “Liam, good sir, this character has such a wonderful depth to him, enjoy diving in and seeing what you can find.”
Henry Cavill’s portrayal of the character will still have one more season before they have to say goodbye to him.
Season 3 was filmed prior to Cavill’s departure from the Netflix show, so sit back and enjoy Cavill’s last stint in the ever popular show.
