A poster for new James Bond is going viral, it seems to be a red herring, but could it happen?
It comes as an image has been created with Henry Cavill as the main man.
One account shared the poster and wrote: “Henry Cavill as the next James Bond? This fictional 007 poster featuring Henry Cavill and Christopher Nolan as the director has been circulating this weekend and people are loving it… what do you think?!”
Could it happen?
Well, he has auditioned for the role before.
Casino Royale director Martin Campbell revealed that Superman star Henry Cavill gave a “tremendous” audition to play the world’s most famous spy reported The Independent in June.
Cavill auditioned for the role in 2006 and Daniel Craig landed it, as we all know.
Campbell told The Daily Express that Cavill “looked great in the audition. His acting was tremendous.
“And look, if Daniel didn’t exist, Henry would have made an excellent Bond. He looked terrific, he was in great physical shape…very handsome, very chiseled. He just looked a little young at that time back then.”
Christopher Nolan
Christopher Nolan is rumoured to be all set to kickstart the new James Bond era.
Other actors like the Bridgerton fame Regé-Jean Page and Tom Hardy are also popular choices for the role.
But Henry Cavill played the lead role in Man of Steel, produced by Christopher Nolan. Could it be Henry’s time?!
