A Quiet Place is a science fiction horror film franchise created by John Krasinski and AQuiet Place 3 is on its way and there is an update fans will love.
However, before Blunt and Murphy can return, the prequel movie A Quiet Place: Day One has to be finished.
Krasinski is not directing this film though, Pig’s Michael Sarnoski in the driving seat for that film.
A Quite Place 3 update
Emily Blunt told Josh Horowitz: “Well, Cillian [Murphy] and I were having a chat with John [Krasinski] about it last night. We were sitting on a rooftop all together drinking wine and… (pretends to act drunk), ‘You know what would be great? Is if we keep this thing going…’ I think there’s… it would have to be that we would all do it together.”
She also wanted to see Krasinski’s return, “I don’t want it to be with a different director if we did it again, yeah.” John is also Blunt’s husband!
Release date
The release date for A Quiet Place 3 is currently set for 2025, but it may be subject to change due to ongoing strikes.
First two films – Spoiler alert
A Quiet Place (2018): The first film in the series, directed by John Krasinski, follows a family struggling to survive in a post-apocalyptic world inhabited by mysterious creatures that hunt using sound. The family communicates through sign language and takes extreme measures to avoid making any noise.
A Quiet Place Part II (2021): The sequel, also directed by John Krasinski, continues the story immediately after the events of the first film. The surviving members of the Abbott family venture beyond their home to find other survivors, only to face new threats and challenges.
