A new Transformers film is coming and it is returning to its animated roots. It will be called Transformers One and we can’t wait and it won’t be too long.
Background
The film franchise is a series of science fiction action movies based on the toy line created by Hasbro and Takara Tomy.
The films are known for their giant transforming robots that can change from vehicles into humanoid and animal-like forms. The franchise has been a massive commercial success, despite mixed critical reception.
The first live-action movie came out in 2007, starring Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox, and was directed by Michael Bay, reports Collider.
Transformers One
Transformers One is still in production.
Sadly for Paramount Pictures they had to push back the release.
The film’s original release date was in July 2024, but it is now set to hit your screens on September 13, 2024.
It might be something to do with the recently released live-action Transformers: Rise of the Beasts and possible the writers strike.
