A final season of Two Pints of Lager and a Package of Crisps has been teased by Will Mellor.
The popular BBC sitcom ran for nine seasons, with the final episode aired in 2011. But, the 46-year-old former Strictly Come Dancing contestant thinks the penultimate season will make everyone smile.
The show’s co-star Ralf Little and actor Will, who played Gaz, asserted that a script has already been created for the popular programme.
‘Two Pints represented the working class who are really struggling at the moment,’ he said.
‘The reason why it lasted so long is because people loved it.’
He added to Daily Star: ‘We have got a script – Two Pints: Last Orders. If they wanted to make it I would do it just to say thank you for all the support to the people who loved the show.’
More as we get it.
Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
