This video is always worth a revisit…
Junior doctors in England are planning to stage the largest walkout in the NHS’s history from July 13-18.
Consultants – the most senior doctors – are planning to stage industrial action from July 20-21, when they will only provide scaled-back “Christmas Day cover”.
Saffron Cordery, deputy chief executive of NHS Providers, said: “The impact of these disputes is fraying the fabric of the NHS, held together by a unique sense of commitment and shared endeavour across the workforce that has served it so well over so many years.”
Junior doctors’ strike
Filmmaker Peter Stefanovic created a new video pulling apart Barclay’s claims.
Peter shared the video and wrote: “This week’s junior doctor’s strike in England will be the longest in NHS history Bonkers Health Secretary @SteveBarclay has said “I’m fighting doctors’ pay demands…for the sake of NHS staff” imagine his shock when he finds out Junior doctors actually work in NHS hospitals.”
