Laurence Fox was furious after being mocked on HIGNFY (Have I Got News For You) over the weekend, on the BBC.
The panel, including Carol Voderman, were discussing the sacking of Fox from GB News after comments about a female journalist.
Vorderman said: “So, Laurence Fox was on Dan Wootton’s show and he said some terrible things about a female journalist called Ava Evans. Then there were lots of complaints, and then Laurence Fox was sacked but Dan Wootton, apparently there’s an internal investigation.”
Presenter Victoria Coren Mitchell asked: ‘Would you shag him?”
Carol Voderman obviously wasn’t keen, while Victoria said she would.
Paul Merton asked Mitchell: “Who wouldn’t you shag then?”
Sacked
Last week, Fox has was sacked by GB News for his on-air comments and was also arrested on the same day.
He was arrested on the suspicion of conspiring to commit criminal damage to ULEZ cameras and encouraging offences to be committed, not for the on-air comments about the female journalist.
Laurence Fox HIGNFY
In response, Fox wrote: “One rule for them. One rule for us. And our “side” keep surrendering.”
He added: “I feel physically sick at the idea of being objectified as a sex object by a “comedy” show. What about my human rights? They are the exact thing they accuse you of.”
Right Said Fred were not happy, writing on X: “I never watch terrestrial television, now I know why.”
