The government’s planned laws on enforcing minimum service levels during strikes to be hampered by legal challenges.
Unions could be sued if basic services are not provided in key sectors under the proposed anti-strike laws.
This has led to some unions to threaten legal action against the planned changes in employment rights.
Labour says it would repeal such laws, calling them a “legislative weapon” used for political reasons.
The Conservative party have said that the law would introduce “minimum safety levels” for fire, ambulance and rail services and would consult on what that means for these sectors.
Sacked
Now a new viral video from Peter Stefanovic has also slammed the government in a brutal piece to camera.
Peter wrote: “Planned Anti-strike laws to force people to work against their will & allow them to be sacked if they refuse
“A Public Order Bill which treats peaceful protest like knife & gang crime & a Bill of Rights Bill which reduces human rights protections.”
