At today’s PMQs stole the show and not for the first time in the Commons.
It comes as she has announced that she will step down at the next election.
Speaking to The News Agents podcast, Black, who became the youngest MP in 350 years when she was elected in the SNP landslide of 2015 at the age of 20, said Westminster was “one of the most unhealthy workplaces that you could ever be in”.
Bylines Scotland tweeted: “So sad that Mhairi Black has announced she will step down at the next election due to Westminster being a “toxic workplace” and “definitely poisonous place” Must watch @maitlis interview with @MhairiBlack Mhairi will be sorely missed.”

Today, she destroyed Oliver Dowden, standing in for Rishi Sunak…again.
Dowden mentioned she was standing down and Black replied with: “I thank Oliver Dowden for his kind words. We did join this place at the same time, & I’m pretty sure we’ll be leaving at the same time.”
