GB News doorstepped Greenpeace and it didn’t go as the News channel planned, we assume.
Sunak’s house
Yesterday, Greenpeace climbed on the PM’s house (don’t worry he is in California with his family on his hols/looking for a job in silicon valley, perhaps?)
Campaigners had unfurled “oil-black fabric” on the house in a North Yorkshire village, Greenpeace said.
Two men and two women were arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage and public nuisance after they returned to ground level at about 13:00 BST.
A third man was also arrested on suspicion of causing a public nuisance.
Greenpeace shared the video wrote: “Today climbers were protesting against Rishi Sunak’s plans to approve over 100 new oil and gas licences. Sunak is pushing us closer to climate breakdown and doing nothing to lower bills or boost our energy security. Our future is more important than big oil profits!”
GB News Greenpeace
In response, it seems that GB News decided to doorstep Greenpeace to teach them a lesson.
In other news GB News presenter Dan Wootton‘s MailOnline column has been suspended amid an investigation into very troubling accusations of the star.
It didn’t turn out quite so well as they were presumably hoping it would and makes an amusing Friday watch.
