King Charles loves the environment? He never stops talking about it.
Apart from the private jets, shooting animals and now his HUGE car collection value has been revealed, maybe he is?!
Agence France-Presse wrote: “Britain’s new King Charles III is a committed environmentalist with a long history of campaigning for better conservation, organic farming and tackling climate change, which is likely to sit well with more eco-conscious younger Britons.”
‘As king, he is likely to do even more high-carbon flying, easily placing his personal carbon emissions in the top zero-point-something percent of all humans on the planet,” reports the Washington Post.
Aston Martin
To be fair an Aston Martin DB6 Volante, he got for his 21st birthday was converted in 2008 to run on bioethanol – or, as Charles described it, “wine and cheese.”
It is thought the car could be worth at least £2m at auction.
The most expensive car is a 1961 Rolls-Royce Phantom V, worth at least £700,000
The analysis by the Guardian claim that overall the king privately owns a fleet of cars worth at least £6.3m.
