Tory MP Lee Anderson recently came under fire for posting a picture of one of his staff, but has he done it again?
A week ago he tweeted a pic with Katy and wrote: “Katy works for me. She is single & earns less than 30k, rents a room for £775pcm in Central London, has student debt, £120 a month on travelling to work saves money every month, goes on foreign holidays & does not need to use a foodbank. Katy makes my point really well.”
Anderson came under fire for various reasons, including not paying her enough, and perhaps cajoling her into it. ‘Poor Katy,’ began to trend as his pic went viral.
People also began to look into Katy’s background.
New pic
Now today Lee Anderson posted a pic with a lad called Dylan.
He wrote: “Meet Dylan. Dylan from Ashfield came with his mum to see me at work today. It’s great being able to show my constituents around my place of work.”
In response, Chris Delaney wrote a tongue in cheek version.
He tweeted: “Meet Lee Lee from Ashfield got turfed out of the Labour party and joined the Conservatives becoming an MP. He does whatever they tell him to keep his wage of £84k a year including, voting for dumping raw sewage into waters and against feeding hungry kids!”
