Lee Anderson has fired back to claims he has links to far-right groups.
The new deputy Tory chairman faces mounting questions over his links to alleged Nazi-supporting members of a scooter club.
The Mirror reported Ashfield MP Lee Anderson’s links to Skegby Scooter Club, Notts.
He was pictured with a club member who has worn a “white pride” T-shirt.
Video response
In the video, uploaded to Twitter, he defended himself against the claims.
He also wrote: “The Facts. Papers like the Daily Mirror have reported I have links to far right dodgy people as I had picture taken at a charity event with someone who listened to a punk band in the 90s who sang a song with Hitler in it. Really? The left must be rattled.”
